Q: What is your favorite exercise? 
A: Upper body, because It makes me feel strong! I have a love/hate relationship with Turkish get-ups! 
Q: What is your LEAST favorite exercise? 
A: I have a hard time with the TRX swing jumps. Will keep trying! 
Q: What Type of Music Gets Your Heart Rate Up? 
A: Love Kolleen’s 80’s rock playlist! 
Q: What kind of workouts do you do on non-CORE57 days? 
A: I do the treadmill or elliptical at Coca-Cola’s gym or walk on the greenway or around my neighborhood. 
Q: What Is Your Favorite Cheat Food(s)? 
A: Peanut Butter!! 
Q: If You Had a "Me" Day (exercising not necessary), What Would it Look Like? 
A: Hiking and then treatment and lounging at the spa. Dinner with family. 
Q: Who Is Your Biggest Supporter? 
A: My hubby, Bill! 
Q: What Keeps You Coming Back To CORE57? 
A: The trainers and my tribe. The wonderful positive environment at the gym! 
Q: What is The Best Thing That Has Changed About Your Life Since Committing To A Healthy Lifestyle? 
A: Feeling stronger and more healthy. Confidence that I can do anything I put my mind to. 
"I chose core because of their ‘whole person’ approach to health. I love the instructors and my workout tribe! I started coming intermittently with Bill several years ago and joined full-time in 2020 during covid as my workplace and on-site gym shut down. This is when I was recovering from multiple surgeries and treatment for breast cancer. I trusted Kolleen and Pam to get me safely back into shape."
