At CORE57, we don't just acknowledge your unique challenges, we actively address them and incorporate them into your customized wellness plan. We take the full picture into account, whether you are navigating through:

Step 1: Assessment

Before we dive into any workout plans or nutrition recommendations, we take the time to get to know you. We consider your medical history, injuries, fitness level, and preferences. This not only ensures that you are working safely but also helps us create a personalized plan based on our three movement tiers.

We get that some gyms might skip the assessment, but we see it as a key part of giving our members the customized experience they deserve. After all, how can you know where you're going if you don't know where you're starting from?

So, what do we cover in our assessment process? Here's what you can expect:

  • A comprehensive fitness evaluation and goal-setting session with our founder Kolleen

  • An in-depth discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and goals

  • A mobility and strength assessment to identify any imbalances or areas of improvement

  • A personalized Wellness Rx that tells you the number of classes in each movement tier to take each week

With this information, we create a personalized roadmap that addresses your unique needs and sets you up for success. Our members have seen amazing results from our assessment process, and we can't wait for you to experience the same.

Step 2: Goal Setting

As part of your initial assessment, you'll work with Kolleen to identify the goals that drive your wellness journey. Whether your goal is shedding those extra pounds, sculpting your muscles, or simply boosting your overall health and well-being, we are here to listen. Want to run a marathon? We can help you achieve that. Want to feel more confident and comfortable in your skin? We've got you covered. Managing diabetes? We have the knowledge and expertise to support you.

Our goal-setting process is all about creating a clear roadmap to success. Once we understand where you're starting from and where you want to go, we can create an action plan that works for YOU. By setting specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic goals, we can track your progress and keep you motivated along the way.

Whether it's adjusting a workout to suit your needs better, providing fitness advice tailored to your goals, or just offering a word of encouragement when you need it most, your team of CORE57 experts is here to support you.

Step 3: Program Design

Once we have assessed your current fitness level and established your goals, it is time to create a personalized fitness plan just for you. We tailor your fitness plan to your specific needs and incorporate our three movement tiers:

  1. Tier 1: Mobility, Stability, & Active Recovery

  2. Tier 2: Strength

  3. Tier 3: Cardio

When you work with our experts, you'll receive a customized wellness prescription that tells you exactly how many classes of each tier you should take each week to achieve your goals.

If you are new to strength training, for example, we might start you off with 1 or 2 classes per week of Tier 2 and bump up to 3 as you build strength and confidence. If you are training for a marathon like our community member Lindsey, we may recommend 2-3 classes per week of Tier 3, along with a balance of mobility and strength training to support your running goals.

Our goal is to help you build strength, improve your mobility and stability, and boost your cardiovascular health in a safe, sustainable way that supports your goals. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs - we take the time to understand exactly what YOU need for success.

Step 4: Implementation

Now that you have a clear plan, it's time to put it into action! With your wellness prescription in hand, you will be able to choose the movement schedule that works best for you. We recommend a mix of small group classes and semi-private sessions. These smaller classes offer you more hands-on guidance throughout the class and allow our trainers to track your progress, help you make modifications, OR determine when you’re ready to level up to more challenging exercises.

Step 5: Growth

At CORE57, we don't believe in quick fixes or temporary results. We are advocates for creating lasting changes and sustainable habits that will benefit you for years to come. That's why our program is designed to help you continue growing and thriving even after reaching your initial goals.
